Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older, or minors with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
  • Members of Smiths Southern Bites and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins when the promotional TikTok video is posted and ends on the date and time stated in the video caption.

How to Enter

To receive one entry:

  1. Follow the Smiths Southern Bites TikTok account. HERE
  2. Like the giveaway video.
  3. Comment on the giveaway video as instructed in the caption.

Only one entry per person unless otherwise stated.

Winner Selection

Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

Prize

Winner will receive the gift card amount stated in the giveaway post. Gift cards have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash except where required by law.

Winner Notification

Winner will be contacted through TikTok or announced in a follow-up post within seven (7) days after the giveaway ends.

If a winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Smiths Southern Bites permission to announce their first name and TikTok username for promotional purposes unless prohibited by law.

  • Any attempt to submit fraudulent entries or violate these rules may result in disqualification.
